At Lucasta Gifts, we do our best to get your orders on their way as quickly as possible! Processing and delivery times vary depending on the items purchased.

Order Processing

• In-Stock Items: Typically ship within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
• Custom Orders: May take up to 7 business days to process before shipping.
• Print-on-Demand Items: Typically ship within 7 business days, although production and processing times may vary depending on the item and fulfillment provider.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays. Processing times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time.

If we are unable to ship your order within the stated timeframe, we will contact you with updated information and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Rates may vary depending on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method selected.

Print-on-demand products may have separate flat-rate shipping charges depending on the fulfillment provider.

Multiple Shipments

Some items are shipped directly from our fulfillment partners, while others ship from our own inventory.

If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages and on different dates.

When available, tracking information will be provided for each shipment.

Delivery Times & Tracking

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping origin, destination, carrier, and shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please keep in mind that carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances may occasionally cause delays.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available in Glens Falls, NY at no additional charge.

Once your order is ready, you'll receive an email notification. Simply reply with your preferred 2-hour pickup window, and we'll arrange to have your order placed on the front porch during that time for convenient pickup.
