Refund & Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on candles or wax melts.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.
To report an issue, email info@lucastacandles.com with:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once your request is reviewed, we may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Local pickup orders should be inspected at the time of pickup.
Clearance items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
