One of the wicks stopped working

I was so excited to get this it does smell amazing I do love it but I’m not happy that I spent all that money on this candle for one of the wicks to not work it burnt and broke and won’t light so now I have to light the other one and now it’s not even so I can’t even use it anymore so I won’t be buying again after that won’t be wasting my money for that to happen again
